Mail Option

No one likes to pay fees, but all sites require some kind of transaction fee.  The fees charged above go right to the provider. (2.9% + per fee). These options trade convenience for cost! And maybe airline points :-)

The association offers two transaction free options:

1) Electronic venmo funds to @newsuburbHOA

2) Mail check to 2621 W. Watrous Ave

You get the same perks as the versions above by making payment for $365 (or $400 if you want to be a sustainer!)
